Notice of Signing of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with HUMANICS Co., Ltd. (Republic of Korea)

Metronome Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Japan) is pleased to announce that we have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with HUMANICS Co., Ltd., a South Korean fitness tech company, to establish a comprehensive cooperative partnership in the fields of fitness and supplement businesses.

This agreement aims to promote business expansion and mutual growth in both Japan and South Korea through a strategic partnership between HUMANICS Co., Ltd., its parent company SEDNA ENG CO., LTD., and Metronome Co., Ltd.

■Key Areas of Collaboration

Under this MOU, the parties will cooperate in the following areas to promote business development:

1. Collaboration for the Expansion of AI Fitness Machine “SEGYM” in Japan

In connection with the launch and expansion of the AI fitness machine “SEGYM,” developed by HUMANICS Co., Ltd., in the Japanese market, Metronome Co., Ltd. will establish a comprehensive support framework in Japan, including sales, installation, marketing, and partner collaboration, to accelerate market penetration.

2. Cooperation for the Launch of “GYM CLOUD Korea” in the Korean Market

For the expansion of our fitness equipment bulk quotation and installation support service, “GYM CLOUD,” into South Korea (Gym Cloud Korea), HUMANICS Co., Ltd. and SEDNA ENG CO., LTD. will support network development, local business operations, and on-the-ground market expansion, working jointly to drive business growth in Korea.

3. Cooperation for the Distribution of “Ishokudogen Protein” in Korea

Regarding the distribution and sales of our doctor-supervised protein supplement, “Ishokudogen Protein,” in the Korean market, HUMANICS Co., Ltd. and SEDNA ENG CO., LTD. will serve as local partners, supporting distribution channel development, sales promotion, and marketing activities to facilitate full-scale market entry in Korea.
